Young Alumni: Staying Active, Staying Connected
For recent Arcadia alumni, graduation does not mean the end of being engaged with the campus community. “We’ve hosted several events already this fall, such as the Alumni Homecoming Picnic, the Ice Cream Social for New Students during Orientation, and a community service night at Cradles2Crayons in Conshohocken,” says Mike Minetti, Assistant Director for Young Alumni and Students.
Philadelphia area alumni are invited to a happy hour at Tir Na Nog located at 1600 Arch St. (above Suburban Station) on Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 6 p.m. The happy hour is $25 at the door and includes a two-hour open bar with domestic drafts, domestic bottles and well drinks.
Grace Wainwright ’10, co-chair of the Philadelphia Young Alumni Chapter, notes, "It was great to meet some new people who I knew I had something in common with at the Open Bar in Manayunk back in September. The Philadelphia Young Alumni Chapter is always taking suggestions for upcoming events—join our Facebook group to keep in the loop."
For more information or to R.S.V.P. for the event, email alumni@arcadia.edu or visit www.arcadia.edu/alumnievents.
