Cooperative Education Programs
Cooperative education provides an opportunity to combine on-campus academic study with periods of paid education-oriented employment in areas related to the student’s curriculum and career interests.
Initial work assignments are full-time for a semester (usually a six-month period when the summer months are added). Subsequent work assignments may be full-time for a semester; part-time (20 or more hours a week) for a semester; or full-time during the summer (a minimum of 250 hours).
