Directions: List each
course individually in Column A beginning at Line 3 of the spreadsheet. To the
right of each course, place the number of credit hours under the grade earned.
Each time you enter the credit hours the summary entries in Line 1 will update.
Cumulative information is calculated on Line 1 in Columns O (hours
earned), P (grade points, also called quality points) and Q (grade point
average). A grade of 'U' is the same as a grade of 'F' and should be entered in
Column N. Grades of P, S, W, WP, WF, NG, NR, I or any grade followed by an
asterisk (*) does not impact your GPA, and will not calculate on this
spreadsheet.
