Qualifications:

• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania.

• Must be a high school graduate.

• Must demonstrate financial need.

• Must be enrolled full-time.

• Must have and maintain at all times a minimum GPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.

• Must demonstrate personal initiative.

• Must demonstrate civic responsibility.

• Must have been accepted by an institution of higher learning before making application for assistance.  Application may be made at any time during a student's undergraduate or graduate career.
