Arcadia Welcomes 14 New International Students

The orientation process for new international students is extensive and begins the week before most other students arrive. International Peer Associates League members (I-PALs) help incoming international students adjust to college life at Arcadia University as well as to the local community. In addition to learning where to shop and how to set up bank accounts, the new students also ventured with the I-PALs to Center City Philadelphia and Hershey Park.

Current I-PALS are Julia Sandrock '11, an International Studies major with a concentration in Globalization, Development and Human Rights and a minor in Spanish;
Nikki Jones '10
, a Psychology major with a minor in Sociology; Maura Frischmann '10, an International Studies major with a minor in History; May Their Aye '12, an Elementary Education major with a minor in Business Administration; Melissa Moy '10, an International Studies major; Kate Hendel '10, an International Studies major; Emily Harris '12, an International Studies major; Kayla Grzech '10, an International Studies major with a concentration in Globalization, Development, and Human Rights; and Deborah Pabon '11, an International Studies major.
