Campus NewsSelf-Service Student Information Replaces IQ Web “The first time you log in, you will need to verify your information,” adds Grabus. “Self-Service will pre-populate your validation information based on what the system has on record. If any of the information is blank or incorrect, please see the Registrar's Office (Taylor Hall Room 103) to update it.” In Self-Service, the main navigation menu is composed of tabs, a submenu under each tab, and, if necessary, additional options on the left side of pages. There is a context-sensitive Help menu. “On any page, you can select Help for this page, and it will give you details about everything available to you on that page,” Grabus says. “Besides such things as viewing grades, registering for classes, and making tuition payments, you will be able to update your own personal and address information directly from Self-Service. The Registrar's Office will then be able to approve the changes online.” |
